Kevin Schenk serves as the strategic operations mastermind driving our mission forward. A native of Maui, he possesses an intimate familiarity with the 'aina (land). In 2019, Kevin embarked on a journey to launch Helewai Eco Tours, a conservation-focused hiking tour company. Building upon this foundation, he has since envisioned a tourism model centered on regeneration. Kevin's vision extends beyond the conventional tourism experience. His mission is to enlighten and inspire visitors about the authentic Hawaii, showcasing its remarkable offerings while nurturing reciprocity with the land.
Seeding the Future collaborates with a diverse group of individuals within the conservation and nursery realms. Our team includes professionals from local nurseries, skilled Maui farm hands, and experienced event crews from hotels, bringing a wealth of knowledge about native plants to the forefront.
